So I had a lovely little Saturday evening. The weather was quite nice, which gave me a chance to take some pictures.
My sugar mamma Kristen and I went to Borders books and snooped around. I found a miniature dictionary of dreams, where in I looked up what my snake dream of the night before meant. Apparently the snake, because it sheds it's skin, is a sign of rebirth in life and creativity in far Eastern culture. This snake dream could have something to do with my rebirth via starting a new life abroad, or it could be the result of seeing the Snakes on a Plane preview one too many times, who knows.
We chose Italian for dinner. Not much else to say about that. The food was pedestrian, but we had a fun time pretending as if we were on a first date or going through an embarrassing public break-up.
This morning was an early one. I woke up promptly at 8 to watch Manchester United open their Premiership campaign with a game against Fulham. And a fantastic start it was, with United winning 5-1. After that, Kristen made crepes, which were delicious, but rich as all hell and my puny stomach could only hold one.
I have the entire week ahead of me. No work whatsoever save the packing, but that'll be taken care of sooner or later I'm sure. What to do with myself.
